Once we see your garment(s) are on route to us, for the exchange request, your exchange garment(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it's on the route;
for the return request, we will get your refund processed for you, and you will be notified via an email. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

I have been calling, trying to talk to someone since Friday. I can't see well, so I usually don't shop online, and I was very confused about this process. I based a return label to return 8 items. 1 put all 8 items in the bag drop off on Monday, thinking I was done. I received it as 1 order. I returned it the same way. Why hasn't anyone answered to phone? I have called since Friday, I thought you would want your items back ASAP, to ensure a happy customer experience. I assure you, this is anything but. I'm still trying to call customer service .
